Yes. We do custom designs based on inspiration of your unique story. Depend on the design, extra charge might be applied.
 
Do you offer ring sizing in-house? If yes, how long will an average custom order take, from initial contact to delivery?
Yes, we do. Leadtime depends on difficulty of the design. But normally, it ranges from 4-8 weeks.
 
Do you offer stone upgrades if the client purchases their original stone with you?
Yes. We connect with stone manufacturers from around the world. We also have ability to source rare precious stone. Certificate of authenticity can be provided upon request and with extra charge.
 
Do you offer a payment plan?
We only accept payment via PayPal.

Question: What is your Refund and Exchange policy?
Answer:  We gladly accept refunds and exchanges within 5 working days for rings and 7 working days for all other items. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.  Upon receipt of the item and inspection I will quickly make a refund if it is received in the condition that it was sent.  Custom orders are non-refundable.

Question: How do you ship your items?
Answer: We ensure safe shipping by properly packaging your items.  We normally pick a delivery that takes less than 5 DAYS from FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We'll provide you a shipping and tracking information by email.  Shipping insurance can be arranged upon request with additional charges.

You can sign up for a free package tracking application at www.averytracker.com  Enter your tracking numbers and it will automatically update the status.

Question: Please explain more about your Payment policy
Answer:  We accept Paypal only.  If you don't have a paypal account yet, you don't need to sign up for PayPal to use it. Just select pay with paypal when you are done with your order and follow the prompts.  In case of custom orders, We may require a partial payment upfront. All custom orders are non-refundable.

Tips and Advice
To buy a ring with tall band width, you should allow a "comfortable room" when you measure your ring size.
