Buffalo Valley Event Center is located on the Meritt Bois-D'-Arch Buffalo Ranch.  The entrance is a winding lamp-lined lane overlooking pastures of seasonal wildflowers and Grand Bois-D’ Arc trees. Join us and experience over 100 acres of natural prairies and large ponds. The gazebo is the perfect place for your outdoor ceremony which is accompanied by trees, flowers and a pond with a waterfall. The Grand Ballroom seats up to 600 guest for a dinner or reception but can also accommodate a small wedding or company party. The cathedral ceilings and hand-made chandeliers make our ballroom the most beautiful facility in North Texas. You can have any special events such as weddings, receptions, corporate picnics, holiday gatherings, awards banquets and children’s activities that include horseback ridging and hay-wagon rides. We have 18 guest rooms in our on-site hotel along with a VIP suite. Schedule an appointment today to view our wonderful facility for your next event!!!

When preparing your Guest List a good rule of thumb is that your will get about a 65% return on your invitations.  So, if you invite 350 guests you can calculate that about 228 or so will actually show up....
