Our head cake artist was trained by her mother a graduate of the Wilton
School of Cake Decorting & Confectionery Art in Darien Illinois. Our buisness is family owned and operated.

We provide only the highest quality ingredents in all of our desserts and cakes. Our cakes are never frozen and our chocolate is made to order.

Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
We offer private tastings. Consultations can be made over the phone, in person (at a location of your choice), or over the internet. Amanda at Enchanted Cakes will help plan and coordinate the details of your cake and or dessert platter so you can sit back and relax. Each cake is fresh not frozen. All candy is handmade. Each dessert will be personalized, no picking a number out of a book.
 
What are your tasting hours?
Tastings are available by appointment only and are free for up to four people additional people will be ten dollars per person. Night and weekend appointments are available.
 
Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?

Does the price include the top tier of the cake?
Our wedding cakes prices include the top tier of the cake only if the top tier willnot be served at the wedding.
 
Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
All of our cakes are custom and personalized to each individual client.
 
What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
All of our fillings are fruit fillings are made with fresh fruit as well as we use organic ingredients when possible.
 
On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?

Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?
Yes we will work with a florist in order to put real flowers on a cake.
 
What (if any) cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter, do you rent out?
We rent out cake stands, cupcake stands, castle pillars, flower spikes for fresh flower cakes and lollipop stands.
 
Do you offer delivery? If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?
Delivery is available to all of Brevard County and Orlando Florida. Delivery fee begins at $25.00..
