We shoot Digital with all Canon Professional Equipment.
How many photographers do you work with?
We are three main photographers.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
The photographer you meet with will tell you if he or she will be your photographer for the day. Because there is only three of us you have a back-up in case anything might happen.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No, we work on one wedding daily.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, we provide a photographer in case of any life-death emergency.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Two DSLR's per photographer, Flashes, Batteries, Chargers, Memory Cards, Flash Strobes if necessary.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, we always carry back-up equipment.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Our packages are based off 6 hours, 8 hours or 10 hours.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
$175 when added to a package.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We ask for a sitting area and light meal for weddings more than four hours.
Do you charge for travel?
For Destination Weddings
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
30 days after event and we upload most weddings when we can to our blog or flickr account.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Web-Gallery and Disc.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
The Web-Gallery is up for three months.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, but we write a release for our clients so they may print.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes we provide all Digital High Resolution Photos to our couples.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes
What kind of albums do you offer?
Flush & Coffee Table Albums
When will the client get the final album?
After you pick your photos the layout process begins and sent to print, the process takes from 30-90 days depending on the season.
