Rayna’s Inspirational Tip # 2 

“Ceremony and Reception in same room? – How about a fantastic Wall Cascade?” Are you contemplating having the wedding ceremony and reception in the same room at your venue but wondering how to keep the ambiance elegant? Here is an idea. Try a beautiful wall cascade accented with lights, music and a creative set up of the reception area. Most large rooms in a venue have partitions that can be retracted with the push of a button. The venue can set up the ceremony and seating on one side of the room with the wall partition separating the part of the room that will house your reception food and décor. You can request that your wedding coordinator facilitate an awesome wall cascade that will have your guests in awe. For example, when it is time for the reception, as the partition is retracting, your band or DJ can provide a symphony of music (of your choice) and you can accent with a beautiful light presentation. Consider a beautifully well lit ice sculpture of your choice as the centerpiece to the room which will also be unveiled as the wall partition is retracting. Another great accent would be if you use an arch during your ceremony, consider adding tulle to the arch along with lights and having it transported to the reception area arching over the ice sculpture. This proved to be an awesome touch to a wedding/anniversary celebration IEPLLC coordinated.
