About
Our film production experience gives you the highest level of quality and professionalism. We're not just wedding videographers, our entire team works in television and/or motion pictures ranging from HD broadcast to 35mm film. By hiring working professionals, you can rest assured that your video will not skip a beat. We also offer viewing of your wedding video online prior to DVD production - unique to Inspirit.

Inspirit Media Productions uses specialized audio equipment to multi-track record on-location so we can use your live music, speeches and background sounds, all recorded individually. This means your speeches will sound like they were recorded in a studio, and your music similar to CD quality; no echoes or distortion from sounds coming through a speaker.

Please contact us with any questions or to setup an interview.
A break down of what each package's DVD includes can be seen at our website:
Most include a documentary style video plus a highlights type video and more.

Although we shoot with similar HD equipment as lot of other videographers, the true creativity is in the editing room. Our highly skilled team of editors make sure your video recreates the feeling of your special day. We use non-linear AVID editing systems, the same used for feature films and television productions. By fully understanding the complexities of HD to DVD and BluRay production, as well as encoding and professional editing, our unique team and equipment delivers the production quality you should expect.

We use only Professional HD 3CCD 1080i camcorders and multi-track audio recording systems, which deliver Hollywood quality video and audio on DVD to your screens at home. All packages are 1080i High Definition Video to DVD; BluRay Disc production is available at additional costs.

Frequently Asked Questions for Videography
What primary style do you identify with?
Cinematic, Documentary, Short Form, Storytelling, Traditional

What do your packages include?
8mm Movie Film, Ceremony, Edited Video, HDTV Disc, Montage - Wedding Highlights, Multiple Videographers, Multple Cameras, Online Highlight Films, Pre-Ceremony, Reception

What formats can the final video be in?
Blu-Ray, DVD

Do you have liability insurance?
Yes

Are you a commercial studio or a home-based business?
A mix of both. Our studios are usually for films, and since editing is such a long process, we utilize a home office for most Post-Production to give your project personal attention.

What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
Everything depending on the wedding's budget. From unedited footage to fully professional productions with several cameras, videographers and steadicams.

Describe any special editing services you offer:
If we can edit motion pictures professionally, your wedding will certainly reflect our experience. We can add special effects along with BluRay production and online viewing before we ship your DVD.

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Yes, but usually do not like to use them because of intrusiveness. We only use them in very dark situations.

Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Of Course! We want to meet you too!

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We wouldn't be much of a production company if not.

Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never. Things get too hectic. Occasionally the same Weekend.

Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Always. We get sick sometimes too.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Everything and anything we can think of in addition to our standard list. You never know when that extra piece of equipment will come in handy.

Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Definitely, even newer equipment can fail or give problems.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We usually don't get many. Depends on the wedding and availability of down time. If the schedule is too tight, we will bring additional employees to fill in.

Do you charge overtime?
No need. Our services are a onetime fee.

Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes, for an additional fee.

Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
Yes unless agreed otherwise.

Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
Absolutely. We post each video online for review before creating your DVDs.

How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Guaranteed 60 days or less.

Additional Questions and Answers

Do you come to the rehearsals?
Usually as long as it is somewhat local.

What kind of music do you use?
We use laptops to professionally record the actual music being played during your dances and events. Relying on camera microphones and tapes is not enough for us. Perfection can only be achieved by recording the music through a direct wire, not a microphone.

Why is editing included in the video costs? Why not just record onto a DVD?
Editing adds appeal and interest to your wedding video that raw footage cannot capture. To put it in relation with motion pictures, if movies were not edited, usually no one would want to watch them. Besides, with multiple cameras, editing is always essential. Similar to the boring home video cliché, no one wants to fast forward through a video and just watch the good parts. We take each camera’s best scenes and make an enjoyable and emotional documentary of your event.

Tips and Advice
Know your videographer very well and make sure to get everything in writing.

Clean Audio is the most difficult thing to capture, NOT video, ask questions about their audio equipment.

Be aware of videographers that ask for FULL payment upfront before your wedding. Editing takes a while and full payment should not be expected for only shooting your wedding event because most of the work is after filming.

Good videographers can offer a full documentary of your Ceremony with clean audio, not just a flashy video with effects of certain clips or highlights. Professional videographers should record all of the audio to a laptop or sound recording device. Be aware if your videographer does not, because this might show that they have limited editing experience.
