A trunk load of gear.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Breaks?!? It's a wedding, GO GO GO!!!
Do you charge for travel?
Outiside of WNY we do charge for travel.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Two weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
We use our proofing website.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Forever.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
We provide our clients will all of their images professiaonly re-touched as hi-res files and they have full reproduction rights.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
You name it, we'll do it, album-wise. We work with every album company in the business.
When will the client get the final album?
Most album companies have various lengths of time it takes to get an album printed. It all depends on how long our collaboration takes to get your book JUST right...We give our clients plenty of time to revise their albums so it looks just the way they would like it to.
