Additional Questions and Answers
What makes you stand out from others in your field?    Our team puts a great emphasis on servicing our client.  We believe the phrase "customer service" is used by many,  but not always executed accordingly.  Our intention is to accommodate every request a client may have and to always provide alternative options in the event a problem arises. We are especially passionate about this due to having been in the very unaccommodating situation where the answer is just "no," without offering any alternative.  Additionally, it is very important that we provide an enjoyable planning process. With our guidance, we always want our clients to feel secure and highly satisfied with every decision they make.

Tips and Advice
Many clients come to us without a specific budget in mind and do not know where to start.  First I will ask them to prioritize what is most important to them in a list from 1-5.  There is a standard rule of thumb which can be modified based on that priority list.  Food and Beverage along with any venue fee will be the basis for your wedding budget.  That line item will be 50% so if you take that and double it that will be an estimate of you overall budget.  An example would be if the venue, food and beverage is $50,000 then overall budget would be around $100,000 (this would probably be for a group of attendance in the vicinity of 200-300 guests.  All other items such as photography, decor, music etc would be alloted 10% of the overall budget.  As stated above one of these may be more important than another allowing you to shuffle these line items around.  This to me is one of the most important reasons to hire a wedding planner.  They cannot ony help you with the alignment of your budget but help negotiate so you are able to get the packages that will allow you to fit all your desires into your budget.
