Are you able to meet clients in person to showcase your product? Yes, you can visit us for an on-site consultation with a designer to view sample invitations and paper swatches here at our studio. Please call 562-464-1651 to schedule an appointment. How long will my appointment last? Your appointment time is scheduled for one hour. Do you charge for an on-site consultation? We offer on-site consultation as a complimentary service to you. What is a proof? A proof is a digital representation of the deisgn and wording layout for your invitation and is sent as a pdf to your email. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this on your computer. How long will it take to get a proof? A proof will usually be emailed to you within 3-4 business days. Do I have to pay for a proof? No. All proofs are complimentary to all prospective clients. We want to make sure your invitation is designed specifically the way you want it and so we must make sure you can see it before we print it. Do you offer samples of your products? Yes, you may order samples at a cost of $5 each. Ordering a paper swatch kit is highly recommended since monitors will show colors differently. Swatch kits are also available at a cost of $5 each. Can I just order the paper swatches I need to see rather than an entire swatch kit? Yes, you can request up to 10 swatch samples for free. Just send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to send those out to you. Can you make custom samples? We can fulfill custom sample orders for $25 each. Please call to place your order. Can you design my invitation for me? Yes! One of our highly talented designers can create a custom invitation design just for you. Please contact us for more information. What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment? Production time is approximately 3-4 weeks from a final signed off proof. We suggest getting started about 1-1/2 to 2 months before you’d like to mail your invitations to allow for product backorders and proofing time. Can I request a rush on my order? We can accommodate a 5-7 day rush order for a $150 fee. Certain printing processes or backorders on products may not allow for rush orders. Please check with customer service before attempting to place a rush order. What printing methods do you offer? All standard orders will be printed as a high quality digital print. We also offer thermography, letterpress and foil stamping. Please contact us for more information on these special printing options. Can I upload a photo or logo to use on my invitations? Yes, you can use the image upload feature in the design studio. Photos must be at least 300 dpi at the size they are to be printed. Logos should be sent as high-resolution, black and white artwork. We can crop your photo for you so it shows up in the design studio properly, please email customer care with your photo and any instructions. Photo touch-ups can be done for an additional fee. Do you offer custom monograms? Yes, you can request a custom monogram to be designed for a $35 fee. Once you have approved your monogram design it will be placed in the design studio under your custom profile so that you can add it to any of your projects in the design studio. We will also email your monogram to you to use as needed. |
