About
We are James and Kate Federico and we're The Feds. A husband and wife wedding photography team documenting weddings in Boston, Newport, Cape Cod and beyond. We were highschool sweethearts, got married, and now live on the South Shore with our 3 little girls and mini Australian Shepard. We have been in the wedding industry for several years now and have loved every second of it, from capturing the little details that our couples work so hard on, to their family getting down on the dance floor and all the moments between the couple throughout the day.

Of Coarse! We do not subcontract! We love going to our couples weddings.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Never more then one wedding a day.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
We have a group of very close friends that are amazing photographers and we all belong to The Boston Wedding Photographers Guild
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Up to date Professional equipment and back up equipment.
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
We charge hourly
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Yes we only schedule one wedding a day.
Do you charge for travel?

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
4 weeks
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Client Gallery online.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes. Kate and I do not have our wedding photos and want to make sure you have an addition copy to preserve.
Will images be available for viewing online?
