Describe your DJ style:
Elegant and classy, yet totally fun and upbeat. No cheesy games or props or jokes. Just articulate emceeing for the formalities like introductions, toasts, cake cutting, parent dances, etc...but when it comes time to dance, the music will be seamlessly mixed all night and the dance floor will be packed with guests of all ages until the end of the night.
What is your usual attire?

If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?
In most cases we acquire any music that's needed for the event.
How many other DJs do you work with?
5 other DJs all trained by me personally.
What is the minimum amount of time you will DJ for?
There is no minimum time frame.
Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?
Of course and we recommend it.
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
We have a great Latin collection and also carry ethnic music in a variety of genres including Italian, Greek, Middle Eastern, Irish, and more.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes with equal quality backup gear.
What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?
We offer uplights, moving light effects, live jazz, live strings and live brass.
How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?
We arrive no less than 1 hour prior to the performance start time, but now that we're all digital it only takes about 20 minutes or less to set up.
Do you have any extra space requirements?
No
Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?
We don't talk between songs, but do emcee the reception, i.e. introductions and other formal announcements. We don't tell jokes or talk over the music.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We require a meal but don't take a break. The music never stops.
Will you arrange for recorded music to play during your breaks?
No breaks.
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes, but it's never been needed. We have never missed a wedding in 18 years.
What is your overtime rate?
$199/hr
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
If more than 1 hour from Boston we will charge a bit more to cover the time and fuel expense. It is customized based upon the event.
