Working with Fran was an absolute pleasure and deciding to work with her was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning. Planning a wedding can be extremely daunting, and partnering with Fran proved to be extremely cost-effective and totally worth it! I booked the “Calla Lily” package as my option with Forrach Event Planning, and from the very beginning, Fran put me right on track with rough timeline of what tasks I should have completed as my wedding date drew near. She was constantly and consistently available to be reached on the phone, email, facebook and so on. When faced with a major wedding decision that you don't want to make with out a professional, her lighting quick responsiveness is a life saver! Fran also has a remarkable wealth of knowledge when it comes to the wedding industry; her cost-saving and DIY recommendations are very insightful, her advice on how to deal with different vendors is savvy and her experience is priceless. I am a full time working professional who had very little time during the day to focus on my wedding (plus have a natural inclination to procrastinate!), yet Fran was patient and steadfast with me leading all the way up to the wedding.

As the months wound down and the big day approached, my interactions with Fran had already made me feel comfortable about wedding day. But, she truly went above and beyond my expectations the day before and day of. As I was frazzled, stressed, nervous and excited all at once, Fran was collected, organized - VERY organized - soft-spoken yet effective and a fantastic support system. She championed our rehearsal, stayed up late the night before and was there the very first thing in the morning to help set up the room. My particular venue nor vendor that provided my linens and chair covers took responsibility for setting up my reception room, so Fran set up the ENTIRE reception area - tablecloths, favors, chair covers - the works! She was in constant communication with me throughout the day, so much in fact that I received a number of comments on how unusually calm I was while getting ready … I can unequivocally say it was because of Fran! My day ran so smoothly, it was unbelievable. Even when our outdoor ceremony had to be moved indoors because of rain, the transition was seamless. I never had to worry ONCE about my vendors, the room set up, flowers, food or anything else and could focus on my husband-to-be, friends, family and not tripping while walking down the aisle! Simply put, Fran is FABULOUS!

Forrach Event Planning is awesome! Fran responded to my initial inquiry within hours, and you can expect a quick response from her throughout the planning process. She always responded promptly to my millions of e-mails and phonecalls. She is very flexible regarding the level of involvement you want, whether you are a control freak like me and want to be involved in everything or wish to do nothing but show up on your wedding day. She is very professional, but very down-to-earth, not the slightest bit snooty like some other planners I spoke with. She has a lot of vendor contacts but still knows how to deal with overly pushy vendors. She is always on the lookout for new ideas and is receptive to your own ideas. I had a limited budget and was a DIY bride, and she is great with crafts and creativity. Whether you want a small, informal event or a huge, formal gala, she will make sure you get your wedding your way and is with you every step of the way. I would hire Forrach Event Planning again in an instant.

Fran made our day run so smoothly! A couple times it was hard for us to meet because of childcare issues, but we were able to work it out. I would highly recommend her. She's great bang for your buck!

Working with Fran and Forrach was a delight! When I found Fran, my husband and I were already far along in our planning, we had worked so hard on all the details and we really needed someone to make sure they were executed correctly on our wedding day. Well, upon first meeting Fran, we knew she was our woman. Her level of professionalism and responsivesness put me right at ease, I knew my big day was in the right hands. Fran helped me dot all my I's and cross all my T's in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was so on top of every detail it was fantastic. Then, the day of our wedding ran so smoothly, everything was executed to perfection and my husband and I were able to enjoy the entire day without stressing about a thing! And I mean that. While we were enjoying our dinner, mingling with guests and hitting the dance floor, Fran and her staff were inconspicuously running around coordinating every detail and event. I kept telling her she was a God send through out the whole thing. I absolutely recommend Forrach and their services.

Even though it was SO hot and everyone was melting, you made the day a blast. The Mardi Gras theme was a hit.
